Glenn Gibson
CEO, Crawford Consulting

Glenn Gibson has 40 years of experience as an insurance professional. He is presently CEO of Crawford Consulting in Canada. He previously held CEO positions at an international level with Crawford & Company for over 15 years. He has led the development of both Enterprise Risk Management and Strategic Planning on a global scale. Glenn is leveraging these skills in his new role while continuing to deeply study international markets. He is also a very active lecturer on a broad area of topics having delivered over 400 presentations around the world. Glenn also continues to write for a number of insurance and legal publications and has now published over 225 articles. These skills have come in handy with a number of current boards he serves on including Hamilton Health Science Corporation, Bay Area Health Trust, and Origin & Cause Inc. Engineering.



Louis Gagnon
President & COO, Intact Financial Corporation

Mr. Gagnon was appointed President and Chief Operating Officer of Intact Financial Corporation in September 2011. In this role, Mr. Gagnon oversees claims and information technology, two areas that are key touch points to the customers’ and brokers’ experience. He is also responsible for the company’s investments in distribution and its international growth initiatives. He also oversees strategy development, communications and audit. Before assuming this current role, Mr. Gagnon was President of Intact Insurance from 2008 to 2011.



Mark Garrett
Director, Industry Analytics,
J.D. Power and Associates

Mark is the Director of Industry Analytics in the Insurance Practice at J.D. Power, where he is responsible for managing the analytical insights across research studies in the practice. He joined the Insurance Practice in 2007 and led the design and analysis of the US Auto Claims Satisfaction Study and the Property Claims Satisfaction Study. He has also worked on launching several other studies including expanding the Auto Claims study into Canada for 2013.



David Lingham
IBIS conference director

David Lingham is based in the UK but travels extensively for clients. After 20 years in the plastics industry, David has been working in the accident repair sector since 1989 in senior positions within paint companies and distribution.

David set up his own company, Orbis Worldwide, in 2002 and has been IBIS moderator since then and IBIS conference director since 2011. In addition, David has worked at other IBIS events in South Africa, Italy, USA and Australia, as well as supported various events around the world including UK, USA, Germany, Holland, Denmark, Italy and France mostly, but not exclusively, in accident repair.

David offers a facilitation service both for events and training environments throughout the motor industry.
